Fantastic Sams Cut and Color is a team oriented, fun, and extremely creative salon. We have an opening for a licensed Hair Stylist that is excited to create beautiful styles which will complement our guests look and feel! You would be joining a team that is looking to add to their salon family.

Skills needed:

• Working behind the chair performing all services for men, women, and children
• Proficient in color or a desire to learn with our new CHI color line
• A desire to keep up with current hair cutting and styling trends
• Great customer service skills

Hair Stylist Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fun atmosphere
• Capable of handling walk-in clients, in addition to scheduled appointments
• Willingness to build a book of salon traffic flow, rebooking guests, and increase your paycheck
• Ability to grow your business through marketing your work through social media
• Valid Arizona Cosmetology license
• Self-motivated, energetic, positive, and goal-oriented

Hair Stylist Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional full salon service to every and all clientele
• Provide expert cuts & color for women, men and children
• Maintain cleanliness of both your individual station, as well as the salon as a whole. Salon follows current CDC sanitation guidelines
• Keep up to date on all current hair cutting/styling trends
• Ensure all appointments are handled in a time efficient manner
• Take payments for services
• Follow all salon guidelines including dress code, cleanliness, customer service, goal setting, education, etc
